I think everyone can agree that this video would be more useful if the video portion was replaced with the slideshow, timed with the audio. I tried following the link to download the slideshow to keep up, but that link was dead. This really needs to be fixed.
Super clear presentation. I’m looking forward to seeing the Devcon3 2017 edition on YouTube.
He explains this in a really good way, I have seen other advocates of ethereum trying to explain what their product is and they just end rambling about nonsense.
Great presentation! Love Vitalik. He’s my hero
Horrible camera work though.
this project is very good.I am very happy working on this project.I hope those of you who have done this project have done well.
Well done. Great overview.
This guy has an IQ of 250, he is probably one of the smartest people in the world. Ethereum to the moon!!
Do not use the camera crew again for Devcon 3. These people did not know how to film/direct a keynote. many slides were missed due to the director being asleep at the wheel and not switching cameras. The pan-the-audience shots are useful for an arena rock tour, not a developers conference.
Find whoever is running the Chaos Communication Congress’ setup, and pay them to run it. they’d do a much better job than these guys.
@Hancho 3y ago ?
@Marek Zeman link does not work
You know the slides are available to download in the description … right?
Bob8199 lmao! ?
I actually believe you for half a second and felt bad then went, wait a minute…
I love how he references .eth address 4 years before they actually become a thing.
It frustrates me that the video shows the speaker and fly-overs of the audience, and at the same time leaves out entire slides. 4:10 is one example, and it goes on like this throughout the video.
That’s disappointing, because Vitalik is a great speaker and his slides are needed to understand what he is referring to.
@Ethereum Foundation
Stop killing chanells
Or
Eliminate YouTube already
Slides link is broken :/
@Nate MacInnes: Thank you!
@Ethereum Foundation
I hope you get hacked by Ethereum foundation
wait
amazing explanation
To the organizers: PLEASE, for the next conference get headsets for your speakers!
Lol I get what you mean. That arms don’t look strong but the brain is strong
3:00 am, Vitalik is born.
3:01 am, Vitalik: LETS DO THIS THING (pull out a computer, starts coding)
Hello, the PDF link for the slides download is broken. Is there another source please?
for some reason watching this video at 1.5x speed made it more understandable than watching it at 1x speed.
It would be great to see the slides too
Thanks for creating the video. Can you help me with a question? Can Ethereum Smart Contract be used to receive and send bitcoins?
I believe this man is a genius!
What will you tell o to the TokenGo platform? The project is perspective, the command actively advances a new functionality, new counters are entered. The personal office for bounist’s convenient, did not see it still on one platform. Developers embody the relevant ideas in life. I think to this project it is worth giving fixed attention.
you can just see the genius radiate from his eyes.
