Before people get excited at $100,000 remember that price predictions in the crypto market are basically worthless with how fast the crypto space moves. Go back and look at crypto price predictions from over year or even two years ago and you will find they typically miss the mark by large margins. Some people said it would take until 2023 for ETH to hit $1,000 others said ETH would be close $10,000 by now

Yeah and a lot of those metrics undervalued the assets they were trying to value. They said ETH would be 1k by the end of this year, and 7k by the end of next year. Seems to me they were just ahead. I’m expecting a 14k ETH honestly on 2021 year end.

@Joshxt In my opinion Ethereum is the faster horse however Bitcoin has zero competitors. A 50/50 split between the two wouldn’t be a bad idea if you have none. Definitely check out Solana as well however, I personally believe that has even more upside potential than Ethereum
@Joshxt Ethereum is like buying land with over 3000 applications built on top of it. In total there will be 3 upgrades in one year and this is equivalent to 3 halving event making the price increase dramatically by 2023.

what’s the best way to get started with trade cos I’ve been making my personal research for a while now….
The only reason Ethereum is one of the “best” picks is because they got a free pass from the SEC. So they have regulatory clarity (along with BTC) when other coins don’t. There are so many other projects like ripple and Solana that are way faster and cheaper than ETH.
Does it matter what the reason is?
Man, it just sounds too good to be true and you know what they say when something sounds too good to be true. I’m hoping ETH DOES hit the 100k mark but realistically it will take years and so much money to achieve that price target. The only hope I see is big money just buying tons and tons of ETH.

@Me&MyProjects C yes but eth and btc are two completely different coins with different use cases. You can’t just burn 100m eth and expect it to hit 100k you’ll just destroy the ecosystem.
what they need to do is start burning tokens. Btc has only 18m n Ether 118m. They have almost 1/2 the market cap of btc.

Nice content, well the price pump is amazing for very early investors or those who got in 7 days ago for the first time otherwise it’s just bouncing back to normal price for the rest of us which is good,btc truly is a class of its own, it has no competitors. All the other alts are competing with each other, they are more centralized, and the majority of them are not completed projects. ETH is one of the most promising cryptos, it’s growing and developing and attracting new holders. After I moved to bfx, it was the first crypto to buy, undoubtly. I hope next year to see more growth
I remember first hearing about btc about 7 years ago wanted to convince myself and my friends to buy in when it was around 250 or 300 if I recall. Fast forward and if I would of taken a chance with my paychecks I could’ve been close to never working again before 30. I don’t want to make the same mistake again. Crypto has been climbing non stop for almost a decade i don’t see it scaling down any time soon.
